Delivery Times
• Belgium: 1–2 business days
• Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany: 2–5 business days
• Other EU countries: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unexpected events.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Orders over the minimum free-shipping threshold (if applicable) will ship for free.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.
If you do not receive your tracking information within 48 hours, please contact us at info@veggizoo.eu.

Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.
We will assist you by contacting the carrier and arranging a solution.

Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost Packages
If your order is lost in transit, we will replace or refund it after carrier investigation.
