Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return period in accordance with EU consumer law. 
This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
• unused  
• in its original packaging  
• in the same condition as received  

Please note that for hygiene reasons, used dog toys cannot be returned.

How to start a return
Contact us at info@veggizoo.eu with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions.  
Items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, 
please contact us within 48 hours with a photo, and we will replace or refund it.

Return shipping costs
• If the item is damaged or incorrect — we cover the return shipping.  
• If you change your mind — the return shipping cost is your responsibility.

EU 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is delivered within the EU, you have the legal right to 
cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.  
The item must remain unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned item.  
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method 
within 10 business days.  
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
